I know that CAPS haven't been 100% success but I guess we have tried our very best and that is most important! Good job people! :)

Sorry people.. =(

Dear committee members, we would not be staying in the chalet. This is because:
1) $50 is not enough for one night! Cost per night is $110.
2) Miss June don't like it. (She says that there isnt suppose to be such luxury (chalet) in CAPS)
3) We cannot conduct our activities in their premises.

Therefore, we must start work and plan how to conduct your activites (AC), cook the food (FnB), obtain portable water (Logistics) and take care of the boats (EL).

In this afternoon's meeting, we have come to a conclusion that we change our destination from Pengerang to Seletar and Pulau Ubin. Therefore, causing many changes. I suggest that all chiefs make necessary changes to their proposals and submit them to me asap. Thanks people! :)

The following committees, pls take note that the deadlines for these proposals are approaching!!

Expedition Leaders:
  • Checklist of equipments needed for the expedition
  • Do your shopping! (Buy the whistles and etc.)

FnB:

  • Budget for the food (Per person)
  • Quotations (Which market are you going to purchase the food/ ingredients from?
  • Checklist of equipments needed for cooking (Utensils, cooking accesories)
  • Plan to transport the food (Because some of the food must be kept chilled and etc.)
  • Where to get water?

Logistics:

  • Who is our boatman? (Contact details, book him)
  • Where to keep the participant's belongings? (During CAPS and transporting to Malaysia)
  • Transportation Quotations and contact details.

AC:

  • Timetable
  • Checklist of equipment needed for the activities (Tape, strings, markers, etc.)
  • List of games and activities
  • Safety guidlines for each activity (Include dress code.. For eg, if there are wet games, girls are advised/ should'nt wear white)
  • Wet weather program

Hey guys, send me these propsal asap k? Try not to, if not, dont go pass the deadline. In order to prevent hiccups and problems in the camp, we have to ensure that we have to keep everything in order and done on time. I believe that i am working with a trustworthy and capable committee, so don't disappoint me yeah? :)
