Exams are over, so back to CAPS stuff!!

The following committees, pls take note that the deadline for these proposals are approaching!!!

Expedition Leaders:

• Packing list for the expedition.

Food and Beverage:

• Our 3 course meal menu!
• Contingency plan - What if food is not available or there are some problems with it? (Like what if some hungry monster eats "a 3 person share of food"? Food gone bad? Not enough ingredients to cook? What if the person, carrying the tray of food, trips and fall, then no more food?

Logistics:

• Storage of quipments - Where and how?
• Transportation of equipment - By truck? Quotation for the delivery

Activity Coordinator:

• Safety guidlines for the activities and games

Treasurer:

• Budget for CAPS
